Job Purpose
To assist Originations and Distribution Teams in all matters relating to syndication work from pitching, underwriting to loan distribution.
Job Responsibilities
- credit and financing information mining and analysis in relation to target Asian customers;
- preparation of pitches/presentations, term sheets, proposal packages and other marketing materials;
- preparation and presentation of discussion papers and underwriting memos;
- preparation for launch of syndicated loans including preparation of IMs, bank lists, invite letters; roadshow meeting schedule and logistics, roadshow presentation materials, coordination of site visits; interface with investors on NDAs and facilitate Q&A process
- coordination and review of documentation;
- maintaining database (pricing, structure, etc.) of loan deals in Asia;
- preparation and updating of documents for internal reporting purposes; and
- assist the Origination and Distribution teams where required; and
- to assist the various sub-teams within LCMA (Strategic Finance, Secondary desk or CRI, etc).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3 - 5 years working experience in financial sector, fundamental or basic financial analysis skills and accounting
- Proficient in Excel and powerpoint
- Relevent sales experience dealing face to face with end clients
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Team player and works well with others in team environment
- Proactive, Results driven and motivated individual
- Responsible and possess positive attitude
- Exposure in financial modelling, some working experience in corporate banking, trade finance , credit dept or financial advisory preferred
