Responsibilities
Attend regular meetings with owners/clients/contractors/sub-con and ensure the progress is on schedule;
Monitoring and following up on construction progress and progress claims.
Liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers.
Follow up master line program and closely monitor site progress
Ensure efficient use of resources as well as ample cost-effectiveness within the construction period.
Prepare and review of construction drawings and shop drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.
Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines;
Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site;
Ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in supervision of major underground / LTA project.
Preferably with Circle Line, DTL / TEL experience.
Degree in Civil Engineering accredited with Singapore PE Board
