Job Description
- Perform costing analysis, identifying and highlight areas of improvement to business unit to assess in improving overall margin
- Analyze monthly variance between actual, standard and budget
- Manage the budgets around all costing issues and provide variance analysis
- Propose/generate periodic reports to the management team, detailing the analyses and comparison of factors affecting prices and profitability of products
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of entity financial statements including supporting of group reporting pack
- Coordinate with various departments to prepare annual budget and financial forecasts
- Maintain relationships with Business Partners and accounting peers to address information reporting needs
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and when required
Requirement:
- Degree and/or related professional accounting certificates
- Minimum 3 years experience in Cost Accounting role
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Good understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting processes
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Problem-solving, critical thinking and investigative skills
