SUMMARY
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process and promote awareness of our restaurants’ brand image internally and externally.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages to create competitive and attractive promotions.
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Fullerton Hotels Food & Beverage.
- Assist the management team to develop, implement and execute the revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
- Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
- Proactively seek, explore and develop private F&B events opportunities for the assigned outlet; while successfully managing demands and needs of in-house guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Achieve overall positioning objectives of F&B Department, contributing to achieve revenue goals.
- Within the context of the business plan, develop and manage F&B-centric promotions, launch/activations, partnerships, and strategies.
- Work in consultation with the Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to develop a schedule of Marketing & Sales activations and ensure timely delivery of the jobs.
- Ensure effective communication with Sales & Marketing team and the successful execution of Sales & Marketing plan.
- Build awareness and marketing of F&B concepts via Guest interactive public relations, social media and online where appropriate.
- Improve productivity and efficiency in Operations through the introduction of various systems.
- Analyze financial performance and effectiveness of the promotions in order to improve on future strategies.
- Monitor and manage productivity and performance of F&B outlets resulting from F&B promotions, launch/activations and partnerships.
- Create strategies that help maximize revenue and minimize operational costs. Continuously seek ways to establish event contacts and leads for the F&B outlets
- Work in tandem with the Fullerton Hotel Marcom to develop media strategies and communication plans for each of the markets that they represent, including Singapore.
- Work closely and effectively with Marcom as the extension of the F&B Marketing department thereby optimizing the value of this relationship to the benefit of F&B Department.
- Initiate, co-ordinate, organize and prepare all administration support related to F&B special events and promotions.
- Conduct appropriate site inspections
- and host Food and Beverage events. Follow through the post-visit communication with the participants.Work with appointed design companies to conceptualize the design and production of F&B outlet collaterals which include, but not exclusive to, the press kits, sales kits, fact sheets, rack brochures, rate tariff, interim brochures, incentive and meeting guide, in-room digital directory of services.
- Manage marketing content of F&B department across all social and digital platforms in collaboration with Marcom team. Maintain F&B promotional matrixes and successfully communicate all activations with the hotels departments
- Create Michelin experiences by playing a key role in the world best chef series.
- Liaise with chefs and managers on outlet promotions and set up the matrixes.
- Collaborate with related departments and restaurant managers to drive and support any tactical promotional activities, campaigns, initiatives, etc.
- Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
