JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the residential buildings and compound
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities for building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Coordinate and schedule regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond to tenant concerns and enforce lease agreements and building rules.
- Establish security protocols and respond to emergencies.
- Manage the building's operational budget and monitor expenses.
- Supervise maintenance and security staff.
- Maintain records and provide regular reports to property owners or management.
- Implement eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors for major projects.
- Develop emergency response plans.
- Identify opportunities for building improvements and execute plans for renovations or upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Facility Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building systems
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
