Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to company specifications
• Suggest drinks to guests based on personalised recommendations and menu knowledge
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well-staffed during peak hours
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
• Responsible for keeping the bar stocked and clean
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources

Requirements

• Singaporeans or PRs only
• At least 2 years of experience in the bar
• Able to independently recruit manpower for the bar
