We are looking for a PoolBar Manager to join our team!
As a PoolBar Manager, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of outlet's colleagues, operation, and quality service performance
- Maximize profitability of outlet and drive revenue
- Ensure a high quality of service always delivered to our guests
- Maintain a high standard in relation to service of food and beverage
- Create and innovate beverage menu
- Motivate, develop and train team members
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Must have experience working in either an outdoor dining or a hotel environment
- A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Willing to work shifts
- Able to engage with guests
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
