Brief Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions ie. manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
Specific Responsibilities
· Manage full cycle recruitment efforts (advertisement, candidate sourcing, interview process management and offer management)
· Administer Pro-family claims
· On boarding and orientation of new hires
· Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
· Manage performance review process (confirmation and annual review)
· Process monthly payroll
· Involve in HR projects from time to time
Academic Qualification:
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Skills:
• Well versed in Employment Act
• Strong interpersonal skill
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
