Responsibilities
- Company is an equity and fund management firm
- Ensure that the operations adhere to all relevant laws and regulations within the MAS requirements
- Update, maintain and implement Risk and Compliance policies and procedures (including those relating to AML/CFT) to ensure the CMS-licensed entity is compliant with its regulatory obligations.
- Providing compliance and risk management advice to business units in the interpretation and implementation of compliance requirements.
- Acting as the contact person for communications with the regulators/internal auditors.
- Prepare timely reports to management, MAS and other relevant regulatory bodies
- Keeping abreast of key regulatory changes and notifying relevant business divisions of such changes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and familiar with MAS requirements and CMS (Capital market Services) license operations
- Experience in applying CMS licence / LFMC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
