Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Attend to walk-in, email and phone enquiries from customers.
- Assist in student registration & movement, school cashiering and sales of books.
- Assist in class coordination including liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule.
Administrative Duties
- Ensure follow through on studio maintenance and student movement i.e., advancement, transfer, conversion, etc.
- Provide administration support to teachers to ensure that they can conduct their classes in a non-disruptive manner.
- Ensure completion of documents for daily collection/submission to Accounting & Finance Department.
- Perform data entry of teacher’s fee payment information into computerized system.
- Assist to follow up with student/parents on payment.
- Daily check to ensure that all main power switches are off during store closing.
Activities
- Assist in organizing events/activities such as graduation concert, outdoor performances etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: -
- Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in music school industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
- Candidates possess with relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.
