We are looking for a responsible and meticulous HR & Admin Executive to join our team. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Working with stakeholders to establish manpower needs
- Participating in recruitment and retention efforts
- Posting job ads and organising job application documents
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting with the hiring process
- Conducting background and reference checks
- Preparing employment contracts and other HR-related documents
- Updating and maintaining HR records and databases
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
- Tracking employee training and development
- Administering employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Requirements:
- A recognised Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
