Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (Point of Sale) computer system
- Staying knowledgeable about our entire range of food products.
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs, cooking method, benefits of product.
- Execute SOPs for opening and closing shifts at store
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable work space
- Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive and enthusiastic persona; Sales driven;
- Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
- Preferably someone with Food & Beverage retail experience
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility
