Retail Sales Associate (Shoes Brand)
- Salary: Base $2000 - $2300 + Com + OT + Incentive + AWS
- Working Days: 5 days 44 hrs a week; Off day depend on schedule
- Working Timing: follow mall operating hours (11-9) or (10-10) with split shift with 1 staff opening & 1 staff closing
- Location: Bugis / Suntec / Vivocity / Orchard / Novena / Serangoon / Tampines / Woodlands / Jurong East / Jurong West (Fixed Location, will further discussed during interview)
Responsibilities
• Greet customers who pass by or walk through the door and provide them with exceptional customer service.
• Be an expert in our products and footwear in general and provide honest recommendations to help customers find the right product and fit.
• Organize stocks in the storage room, manage the inventory list, and help keep the retail stores clean and organized.
• Follow up on customer orders and make sure all orders are properly fulfilled.
• Provide insights about operational processes, customer complaints, and product issues promptly.
• Answer all customer inquiries correctly and maintain good relationships with loyal customers.
• Help colleagues and the operations team whenever needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed.
Requirements
• Relevant retail sales experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and public holiday.
