solutions for the financial sector to scale decarbonisation financing, and corporates and SMEs to

attain their ESG goals. Empowering industries across Asia towards Net Zero, its clients and

partners include global financial institutions, corporates, and SMEs.

STACS is an Award Winner of the MAS Global FinTech Innovation Challenge Awards 2020, and a

two-time awardee of the Financial Sector Technology and Innovation (FSTI) Proof of Concept

(POC) grant, under the Financial Sector Development Fund administered by the MAS. STACS is

also an IMDA Spark company.


Job Summary

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager

who is passionate about building products and helping companies embark on their green

journey. You will join a fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams to design,

build and roll out products to deliver on our vision and strategy.

You have an innovative mindset with a proven ability to strategize and deliver the full lifecycle of

product production from conception to release.


Job Responsibilities


Your core responsibilities:

1. Drive the product strategy and business planning process across cross functional teams

to create buy-in for the product vision internally and externally

2. Gain a deep understanding of the ESG ecosystem and customer experience, identify and

fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth

3. Scope and prioritize product requirements and develop appropriate programs and

production timelines based on business impact

4. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal

resources

5. Drive market share of core products by developing time-integrated plans with business

development and marketing teams


Your day to day activities

1. Collaborate closely with engineering, business development, strategy and platform

teams on the development, QA and release of products

2. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high level use cases,

technical requirements, and ROI

3. Develop product positioning and messaging for differentiation

4. Analyze current market trends and identify market gaps in the ESG space from an ROI

and build vs buy perspective

5. Conduct market research by working closely with the business development team and

clients to determine customer needs and product requirements

Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or product design

• Previous software development experience preferred

• Strong experience in a dynamic, fast moving product management role

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

• Professional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public

speaking skills

• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology

• 5+ years' experience in product management

• Passion and prior experience in the ESG space is a bonus
