Job Title: Accountant
Job Location: 2 Pandan Loop
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare full sets of accounts, audit and tax schedules
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentation materials
• Prepare quarterly consolidation reporting package for submission to Group Finance team
• Prepare periodic tax return filings for both direct and indirect taxes
• Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for ad hoc projects and special management reports
• Provide regional finance support when necessary
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Assist superior in quarterly consolidation, year-end audit and preparation of annual report
• Recommend finance process optimization and internal control improvements
• Assist in finance digital transformation including process automation and data analytics
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
• Must possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Must possess a minimum of two years’ relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in accounting process and reporting requirements
• Good team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Conversant in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking overseas’ counterparts.
