HR and Admin Executive

  • HR administration including preparation of Employment Contracts, letters, and other documentation
  • Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  • Recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract signing, onboarding for new joins, and offboarding
  • Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
  • Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation related matters
  • Assist in employees payroll
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
  • Leave administration such as managing leave approvals, adjustments, cancellations, and crediting of Off-in-Lieu etc
  • Identify employee concerns, including handling disciplinary issues
  • Managing company and employee insurance updates and renewals
  • Plan and organize staff engagement activities
  • Training and development activities
  • Handles office administrative, maintenance, renovation and support duties
  • Handles petty cash, expense claims verification, and reimbursement
  • Follow the latest government regulations and funding, and implement them when needed
  • Other ad-hoc matters


Requirement


  • Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in IT companies will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and problem-solving skills
  • Good sense of time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented
