A new and exciting Relationship Manager for a large global bank. Looking for candidates with experience as a relationship manager in commercial banking or enterprise banking experience.
Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and commercial clients. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing their financial requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
· Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial sector. Proactively seek potential clients and promote the bank's products and services to expand the customer base.
· Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' businesses to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks. Prepare detailed credit proposals and present them to the appropriate credit committee for approval.
· Tailored Solutions: Understand clients' financial goals and challenges to offer customized banking solutions, including loans, credit facilities, cash management, trade finance, and other relevant products.
· Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the compliance department promptly.
· Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for revenue generation, client acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline will be a plus.
· Experience: Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in corporate or commercial banking. A solid understanding of financial products and services offered in the banking sector is essential.
· Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis skills to assess client financial statements, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
· Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and articulate banking solutions effectively.
· Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation techniques to expand the client base and close deals effectively.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate and commercial banking industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
· Problem-Solving: A proactive and innovative approach to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
· Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and deliver seamless customer experiences.
