Work Location: Chua Cho Kang North
Work Hours: Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30 pm ( with 30 minutes Lunchbreak)
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
The Services required are set out as follows:
• assist HOD ICT in setting the learning directions for ICT learning and managing ICT learning
• provide ICT baseline training for students
• provide photo and video taking during school events
• provide Video editing, photography and photo editing training to Media Tech Club students
• conduct adhoc ICT training during and outside curriculum time for teachers, students and parents (PSG)
• assist in website update and maintance and e-banner design
• assist in school publications
• assist in doing posters
• assist in other administrative matters
• assist in creating google form, google doc for school’s surveys
• assist in uploading photos into Facebook and school website
• help in maintaining/creating students and teachers account in LMS
• Help in troubleshooting students’ PLD 2) Assist teachers in application such as Photoshop, Video editing software, Google apps, Microsoft office applications 3) Trainer needs to self learn applications if needed by teachers
Job Requirement
• Minimally a Diploma in relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of coaching experience in learning institutions.
Candidates may be requested to give a lesson to demonstrate competency in facilitating training for student
