Job Descriptions:-
∙ Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
∙ Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
∙ Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
∙ Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
∙ Supervise day-to-day site works
∙ Handle the project supervision and documentation
∙ Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
∙ Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
∙ Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
∙ Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
∙ Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
∙ Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Requirements
Job Requirements:-
∙ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
∙ Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
∙ At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
∙ Willing to learn and work under pressure
∙ Team player with good working attitude
∙ Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
