- Singapore Based (Tiong Bahru)
- 5 Days work per week (10.30am to 7.30pm)
- $3500 to $4500
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + At least 2 years of experience in equivalent HR roles.
- Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management and employee development.
- Experience in budget management, compensation and benefits administration is a plus point.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist the HR Manager in HR administrative tasks.
- Plan and execute strategic HR plans aligning with the organization's goals.
- Plan and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Checking and submit of monthly payroll and tax clearance.
- Submit monthly HR reporting.
- Plan and oversee the recruitment process and collaborate with Deployment Director / Assistant Director to identify staffing needs.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance reviews.
- Collect info on staff training needs, plan training programs, and oversee employee development initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and market analysis.
- Ensure legal compliance and conduct audits to mitigate compliance risks.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Plan and manage the HR department's budget.
