Senior HR Executive (Recruitment / Assistant Manager / Up to $4500)

  • Singapore Based (Tiong Bahru)
  • 5 Days work per week (10.30am to 7.30pm)
  • $3500 to $4500
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + At least 2 years of experience in equivalent HR roles.
  • Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management and employee development.
  • Experience in budget management, compensation and benefits administration is a plus point.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assist the HR Manager in HR administrative tasks.
  • Plan and execute strategic HR plans aligning with the organization's goals.
  • Plan and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Checking and submit of monthly payroll and tax clearance.
  • Submit monthly HR reporting.
  • Plan and oversee the recruitment process and collaborate with Deployment Director / Assistant Director to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance reviews.
  • Collect info on staff training needs, plan training programs, and oversee employee development initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and market analysis.
  • Ensure legal compliance and conduct audits to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Plan and manage the HR department's budget.
