Sales Manager (FMCG/ Perishable, Attractive Benefits Package)

► At least 3 - 5 years of experience in leading a team.


► Attractive Remuneration Package (Up to 6k Basic + 1k Transport + AWS + VB) - West Area


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day sales / customer service operations (including of new customer enrolment, credit terms, customer issues etc.), and manage relationships with all applicable stakeholders.
  • Responsible for driving the development of short-term and long-term sales strategies, business needs and market trends in line with the business directions.
  • Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends by mapping various facets of the sector to ensure the company remains ahead through innovative business solutions and services as well as to initiate and manage projects regarding organizational development and change management.
  • Responsible for monitoring, review, evaluate sales KPIs performance of sales team. Coach sales personnel by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Forecast and report activity accurately in line with the sales target allocation.
  • Identify major projects within the accounts and running activities to build a strong client relationship.
  • Lead pricing strategy discussion for each channel to ensure consistent methodology in defining the right consumer price point by SKU vs brand positioning and market to deliver the maximum value.
  • Introduce Analytics’ tools (e.g self-serve PowerBI dashboards) with the support of IT, Sales Analyst Team to drive fact-based decision making.
  • Responsible for annual sales budget and monthly sales related report submission (example: group sales / individual sales report / accounts debtors’ status etc.)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Business Management or equivalent
  • Sales Strategic thinking and planning skill.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Data analytic skills and decisive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel)
