Job Description:
· Review tender requirements, and scope of work and prepare proposals.
· Coordinate with all departments for the preparation of the proposal.
· Coordinate bid clarifications with clients.
· Work with the Operations in formulating and implementing bid strategies.
· Obtain quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
· Prepare technical proposals with specifications for tender submissions.
· Ensure timely submission of a proposal in compliance with client’s requirement.
· Ensure compliance with the company’s tender governance procedure and proposal preparation procedure.
Requirements:
· Degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
· Familiar with techno-commercial bids and tenders, preferred in the offshore oil and gas industry
· Possess strong technical knowledge and experience
· Experience with project management will be an advantage
· Result-oriented, be of positive attitude, independent, responsible, fast and accurate with a sharp focus on winning projects
· Strong written and oral skills
