Get ready to take the reins in this exciting role where you'll be in charge of:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Responsible for monthly closing and accounting reconciliation
- Assist in preparing and monitoring financial budgets, forecasts and implementation of financial controls
- Handle inventory costing and perform physical stock take with the operations team. To do stock reconciliation and ensure accounting records are tallied
- Issue invoices, monitoring and follow up of outstanding debts
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
- Prepare and manage monthly statement claims, GST and related bills
- Assist in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Provide general office administrative support to the team
To thrive in this position and have a blast doing it, here's what you ideally bring to the table:
- Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in full set of accounts
- Familiar with accounting software Xero and ERP system such as Accpac with be an advantage
- Good knowledge of GST and common accounting practice
- Proactive, meticulous and independent
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizing abilities
