Work Hours: Monday to friday 7.30am to 4.30pm ( inclusive 1 hr lunch)
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the HOD/ICT in the management of AV equipment store
o To ensure properly documented record of loans of AV equipment to staff
o Assist HOD/ICT in inventory management and procurement/condemnation of AV equipment in the school
· Assist I/C of Multimedia Club CCA to
o provide AV support for all applicable school events
o train and prepare student crew to support school events
· Troubleshooting of any AV equipment in the school
Maintenance/replacement/troubleshooting of AV equipment o in the school
· Assist in the general troubleshooting of IT equipment in the school.
Any other related duties as assigned by the HOD/ICT and school management.
Job Requirement
o Preferably at least a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or its equivalent
o At least 3 years of relevant knowledge and experience in handling AV/IT equipment in schools or similar experience.
o Qualities needed :
o Communicates well in English
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Able to work independently
o Able to work well as a team.
