Role Description
- Support HR Manager in implementing performance management, compensation, and career development projects within specified timelines.
- Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments, and variable bonuses.
- Participate in discreet salary surveys and industry trend analysis.
- Confidentially review salary frameworks, total rewards policies, and job evaluation analyses.
- Handle insurance renewals and staff welfare activities discreetly.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to streamline processes and identify improvements.
- Support the implementation of digital initiatives like the performance management system privately.
- Provide confidential guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Minimum 4 years of C&B working experience
- Experience in handling performance management is required.
