Successful candidate will prepare tenders and quotations for renovation and interior decoration projects. Candidate should be familiar with costing and unit rates for various renovation and interior decoration works. Ability to do CAD drawings will be an added advantage. Candidate may also need to do presention for prospective customer to showcase our proposed design concepts. Candidate may also need to assist the M&E QS to prepare tenders and quotations for M&E works when necessary.
