Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries on depot services
- Coordinate with Operations department and be accountable for customers’ delivery, collection, cleaning and repairs schedule requirements
- Handle customers’ complaints and feedbacks
- In-person meeting with customers to gather information for our service enhancement
- Monitor and send daily reports to customers on their tank(s) activities
- Prepare quotations and/or correspondences
- Other ad hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or ITE Cert/GCE “O” levels with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred
- Good organization skills, focused and detailed mindset toward work excellence
- Positive attitude and able to perform under pressure
- Outspoken and customer service skills
- Required skill: Microsoft Office
