- Ensure formulations and raw materials used comply with legal and religious regulations as well as within the Takasago Corporate Rules.
- Support customers with regulatory compliance. This included Halal, GMO, Questionnaire, Allergic, Flavor Specification, Legislations and Product Composition
- Support flavorists, flavor compounding and application staff, and sales and marketing staff with legal and safety aspects of raw materials and flavors information
- Maintain and update regulatory database, ensure accuracy of information in database
- Assist in setting up a Regulatory Documentation System
- Responsible for maintaining the Regulatory Documentation System
- Keep a breast of current Food Law, Halal, Kosher and GMO information and regulations.
