- Responsible for development/deployment/operationalization of fraud and security intelligence solution on SAS
- Responsible for providing business application support which includes new enhancement, conducting end user testing and bug fixing
- Involved in the full SDLC, including systems analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- To work closely with the software engineers, testing team, business analysts and project managers
- Assisting in supporting applications after they go live
- Maintain and manage change requests based on business requirements
