Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:Enhance employee engagement.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract renewal, and offboarding processes.
Handle various HR-related matters, such as addressing employee inquiries, managing performance reviews, handling grievances, and assisting with terminations.
- Client Engagement:Collaborate with hiring managers to provide expert HR advice and support.
Strive to increase Adecco's market share within the assigned client portfolio by delivering excellent HR services.
Requirement
- Possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency will be considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to work, effectively responding to changing priorities and requirements.
