Job Description

Our client is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead and manage the dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and inspiring our sales professionals to achieve their highest potential. They are looking for a Sales Director who can motivate, coach, and lead the team to unparalleled success.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets, while continuously improving and optimizing the current sales processes.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage the existing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and achievement.
  3. Performance Management: Ensure sales agents are performing at their best, consistently exceeding targets and expectations.
  4. Motivation: Employ psychological insights and motivational strategies to inspire and encourage our sales professionals, driving them toward peak performance.
  5. Talent Development: Identify and attract top sales talent, nurturing their skills and capabilities to reach their full potential. Coach and mentor the team for individual and collective success.
  6. Culture and Engagement: Create and maintain a positive and high-energy sales culture that empowers individuals and fosters a strong sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and managerial experience at a senior level, equivalent to a Sales Director/GM role.
  • A strong background in sales and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional motivational and interpersonal skills, with a history of successfully leading and managing sales teams.
  • Open for any industry. Knowledge of EV/Automotive Sales is a bonus
