Position title : HR Generalist
- Location: [Lentor]
- Working days : 9.00am to 6.00 Monday to Friday
- Salary : SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,600 (depend on competencies and work experience)
Job Duties/Descriptions:
• Handle full spectrum of HR duties.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Prepare employment contracts and employment related letters.
• Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation and appeal.
• Maintain HR information records such as employee records, leaves records.
• Manage staff insurance policies and renewals.
• Payroll processing and income tax filing.
• Coordinates staff wellbeing activities / company events
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resource, or other related disciplines
• Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, including SAT portal, visa criteria, the Employment Act and COVID updates
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist/ Payroll processing experience is required.
