- Support processes & procedures in place including HACCP, Health & Safety and ensure due diligence
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meeting the standards of HACCP and other government regulations.
- Responsible to maintain the raw material inventory based on the daily orders and liaise with the Chef de Cuisine
