Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Administrative Assistant to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Duties of Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including HR database updates and benefits administration.
- Prepare and manage HR-related events and ensure access badge issuance.
- Support visitor inquiries and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Handle incoming phone calls, screening, and forwarding as necessary.
- Distribute office mail and oversee inventory of supplies, placing orders when needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and related inquiries.
- Coordinate group meetings, including the preparation of meeting and training rooms.
- Administer and update the leave management system.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with doing reception duties
