Job Description
As the Assistant Marketing Manager in the International Students Recruitment industry, key responsibilities include:
- working with the sales team to create online multimedia market sales campaigns for new client development as well as increased client retention
- Work with local schools and overseas education agencies to create and design various marketing strategies
- Review current marketing plans, response rates and KPI against project milestones and make adjustments to improve the process
- Overseeing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand recognition
- Business partnering with local schools to implement a comprehensive business plan
- Market research on the most updated student recruitment channels.
- Proactively spotting new business opportunities with the purpose of expanding company revenue in line with business practice
- Strong relationship development with existing customers.
- Actively involved in pitching and materials preparation needed such as qualitative proposals, capability statements, etc
- Project management
- Point of contact for the region's corporate communications and strategy
- Leading all activities relating to press releases, websites, articles, presentations, social media channels and events for internal and external use both
Requirement:
- have experience in a similar role in B2B and B2C Marketing, Knowledge of online conference and events marketing would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive results
- Knowledge of live video straming website analytical tools such as Douyin & Tiktok.
- Strong communicator and problem solving ability
- Candidate must be able to communicate online with existing overseas partners and customers In Mandarin Chinese, as wel as be able to generate contract in Chinese with our business partners and customers. 95% of existing overseas partners and customers are based in mainland China, Hongkong and Taiwan area, who only speak and type Chinese during their online business enquiry.
- 5.5 working days per week, casual Over-Time arrangement maybe needed with bonus and reimbursement provided
