Key Responsibilities
- Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and the planning of crew changes and following up with relevant parties.
- Assist in travel arrangements for the mobilization and demobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, entry applications, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate/qualification documents).
- Assist with all crew issues.
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
- Preparation of crew's payroll.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Crewing Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the marine industry
- Personalities with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, take the initiative and well organized
- Able to work fast under pressure
- Able to multi-task and work independently
Tagalog speaking is ADVANTAGE!
