- Manages the PCN HQ staff (i.e. Primary Care Coordinator; Nurse Counsellors/Educators).
- Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of the project to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of the project as per the targets set for it.
- Assists in the preparation of management reports including the targets achieved and presentation of the project for internal stakeholders.
- Participates in various initiatives to improve the effectiveness andpromotes the growth of the primary care network Healthier SG Initiatives
- Facilitates the administration of claims reimbursements and ensures claimable amounts are in accordance to the LOA.
- Monitors the utilisation of programme funding.
- Provides operational oversight and drive implementation of operational plans.
- Works closely with Clusters on the Shared Care program and Healthier SG .
