- Working Location: Raffles Place/ Telok Ayer
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Salary: Basic + Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Salary Range: SGD 2,400 - SGD 3,200
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information about the clients' business and culture. Check through the Job Description given and define the direction in the candidate search.
- Further communication with our clients to understand in detail their preferences and requirements.
- Matching the requirements with candidates in the company database and searching through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Resume screening and shortlisting.
- Interview arrangement and coordination. Prepare the candidates for the interview.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of the candidate with our clients.
- After-sales service, including follow-up, client consultation, and work counselling to help the candidate adapt to the new working environment.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
