Responsibilities
Sales
- Answer email / WhatsApp /chats enquiries from customers
- Assist customers to resolve order related issues & generate quotes / invoices
- Attend and Coordinate on-site when required by clients.
Marketing
- Identify, Propose, Develop & Execute Digital Marketing plans for the company's services
- Write up for marketing collateral
- Responsible for idea proposal and copywriting for growth marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Facebook Ads / Google Ads, Youtube or Tiktok
- Good understanding of current online marketing trends and strategies
- Driven, resourceful, Creative and attention to detail
- Comfort with cloud-based communication tools
- Team Player with responsibility & initiative & open to contributing ideas
