Our client is a listed company in marine and shipping industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Specialist to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Duties of HR Specialist:
- Responsible for overseeing the complete range of personnel management procedures, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, professional development, and other operational activities within the HR domain.
- Ensuring compliance and currency of job descriptions, conducting internal audits, and managing internal communications within the HR department.
- Enhancing and supervising processes related to learning and development.
- Establishing and overseeing comprehensive organization-wide initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budget allocation.
- Acting as the main point of contact for training providers and vendors, while taking the lead in promoting employee engagement and staff well-being.
- Managing various programs, such as employee orientation, talent retention, and international internship initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM
- Possess IHRP-CA certification is an added advantage
- 3 years experinece handling full spectrum L&D
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HRIS
