- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (Commensurate with Experience): Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project Management, Contract Management and Presentations
- Responsible for Design Development and Detailing
- Any other duties that are required for the company to function effectively an production of design standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors/Master of Architecture
- MUST HAVE at least 3 years of experience in designing, authorities’ compliance and project management in landed residential houses in Singapore
- Possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective, hand-sketch and knowledge project management
- Able to meet deadlines for multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- Any rendering software, Twinmotion, 3D max, V-ray etc. will be an added advantage
