New Senior Care Centre looking for experienced Admissions & Admin Assistant


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Admission & Discharge Process
  • Means Test (NMTS) & ILTC Monitoring & Update
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports
  • Billing & Charges
  • Admin Task such as answering phone calls and queries, preparation of ground forms, file arrangement and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" level with passes in English and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2-years experience of related experience in a similar role in the social or health sector preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to adapt and use software applications required
  • Bilingual is an advantage
  • Good command in oral and written English
  • Independent and a good team player
