Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Environmental industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities/clients within the specific market segments relevant to waste management, with the objective of developing/maintaining positive and professional relationships
- Create proposals and engage in negotiations for the company, involving proactive communication with prospective clients to gather various input (eg. quotation statuses, competitor responses etc.) and any other pertinent factors which can influence proposal outcomes
- Prepare/Compile sales reports, presenting them to the various company’s stakeholders
- Collaborate with the company’s Customer Service team to update/maintain a comprehensive Customer Database, inputting all the necessary/required details
- Improve/Enhance the company’s customer service quality by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing/resolving any issues, and responding to changes in their business needs
- Gather data/information related to the various stakeholders (eg. customers, competitors etc.) and market factors (eg. pricing, market conditions, trends etc.) to support the company’s business needs and objectives
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
