Assists Operation Supervisor/Team Leader in various day-to-day as well as adhoc projects and help co-ordinate, execute and maintain the overall cleanliness of the job-site. The Project Co-ordinator will also be responsible for the overall direction and execution of assigned projects, whilst liaising with the client’s management team.
Responsible for ensuring that work is performed to specifications of the contract. Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintains reports and records as required.
Ability to operate a single disk scrubbing machine is a pre-requisite. Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes especially in Host dry carpet cleaning as well as marble and granite restoration.
Preferably with Work At Height certification and willing and to work day or night depending on project requirements.
