Job Summary
The Company Bus Driver will be responsible for ferrying company staff, clients and other business associates to and from designated locations, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers, and maintaining the bus in good condition.
Role and Responsibilities
• Safely and responsibly operate company-owned buses, complying with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of company buses at all times.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify the bus's operational condition.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Follow a predetermined schedule for pick-up and drop-off times, making route adjustments when necessary.
• Report any accidents, traffic violations, or mechanical issues to the Transportation Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional manner when interacting with passengers.
• Communicate traffic updates to the Transportation Manager/Planner, keeping them informed about traffic and weather conditions that may impact routes, potentially causing delays or diversions.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid Class 4 driving license.
- Ensure compliance to Company’s stipulated operational standards and procedures.
- At least 21 years old to apply for a bus driver’s job.
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- At least 2 years driving experience, experience in private shuttle bus service preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past three years.
- Only Singapore Citizen.
- Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good vision and hearing for safe driving.

5.5 Days work week
Monday to Friday 7.15am to 6.30pm; Saturdays 7.15am to 1.15pm (Timing is not fixed, and can be vary)
