Our client is in the Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine industry, and is looking to hire an Indoor Sales Executive - Oil & Gas/Offshore (Structural & Piping).
Job Description:
- Review tender specifications / customers requirements and create a costing spread sheet that accurately reflects the scope of work and costing responsibilities coordinate for cost estimates.
- Obtain costs for each element on the scope of supply, either via historical data or request current prices and delivery from approved vendors and follow-up on requested quotes, negotiating best prices and delivery.
- Evaluation and review of vendor's technical proposal and commercial proposal to ensure compliance with Client's specification;
- Ensuring proposed pricing is in line with overall win price, working closely with the external sales team
- Compute, compare and compile vendors' proposal and make recommendations to gain executive management approval for customer submissions
- Assist and follow up on both pre and post tender clarification
- Work as team player and at the same time to perform assigned duties or ad-hoc task as assigned by management with minimum guidance or independently.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
- 1 to 3 years of work experience within Proposals Management, Sales Operations or Sales Support functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications or any other similar project/tender management applications.
- Singaporeans only.
- Work location is at Tagore Lane.
