Job Responsibilities:
- To execute and develop recruitment strategies activities for the recruitment of specific population groups in line with company priorities and objectives.
- To work with Team Leader to coordinate publicity and recruitment exercise focusing on specific population group.
- Involve in digital marketing work like advertising & reaching out to candidate on social media platforms
- To initiate recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the pool of special population.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Arts / Science
· Possess enthusiasm, passion for people, high initiative & team playing
· Proficient in interpersonal communication
· Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
· No prior experience is required as training is included!
