Our client, belonging to the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, has over 70 restaurants spread across thirteen countries around the world, is presently looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their growing team.
As part of a 3-man team, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and procurement activities between the outlets and suppliers, both local and overseas.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will prepare quotations and look out for new suppliers and products.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment for the established organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing/ Merchandising
• Working experience in F&B/FMCG/Retail/Hospitality is a distinct advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (including MS Excel)
• Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with experience in SAGE software will provide a competitive advantage
