Job Description
- Process beneficiary nominations;
- Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders;
- Prepare letters for the nominee
- To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team members and update the error tracking file;
- To make photocopies of the processed Assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose;
- To prepare and send processed documents for archival.
- To collate and send the team’s correspondences to Customer Mail Services Department for despatch.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.
Job Requirements
- Minimally GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline;
- Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized;
- Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel; and
- Keen to learn and possess a proper work attitude.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
