Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflow for all the Pure & Mixture products.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Work closely with Production & Technical Team on manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time via SAP UI5 and Production Tracking file daily.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain and monitor output information, e.g., number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.
- Complete status reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory and finished goods demand.
- Keep paperwork organized and updated.
- Collaborate with laboratory, warehouse, CSC and Sales Team to ensure our products will be delivered to customers in time.
- Support ESG team on cylinder picking, eCOA uploading etc.
- Submit RSE Operation KPI monthly.
- Monitoring VIE tank inventory and scheduling for top up.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
